TODAY THERE IS THAT BIT OF SCIENTIFIC STUDIES DECENTES:

This seems incredible, but the UFO phenomenon has done so far in the world subject to a single systematic and scientific study commissioned by a government. Of course, private groups and all sorts of associations or non-profit focused with varying degrees of seriousness on the subject, and military authorities have sometimes expressed their views on the issue.

But this is almost unique: a government asked a scientific council to study the phenomenon in order to issue conclusions and gave the council a minimum of means to do so.

In France, and this study group attached to the CNES is called SEPRA (formerly GEPAN). His conclusion is that among the cases studied UFO, you can find enough physical evidence to conclude undeniable that there are a number of cases where it is flying machines headed by intelligence and whose performances far outweigh any what is conceivable in the current state of human technology.

Of course the USAF has conducted or sponsored research projects on UFOs, but they need not be included in the "science" of this site, you will find them in the section "official."

Of course, there is the Condon report, I am working to translate it into French, but this report commissioned by the USAF deserves the title of no scientific study: a large part of committee members who resigned because Condon disagree with conclusions.
