The former Canadian Minister of Defence asked the Canadian Parliament to open a public inquiry into the relations with extraterrestrial civilizations
Ottawa, Canada, November 24, 2005 - A former Canadian Minister of Defense and Deputy Prime Minister under Pierre Trudeau has joined the team three associations to ask the Parliament of Canada to open a public inquiry about Exterior Policy, Relations Ets (extra land).
By "ETs," Mr Hellyer and these organizations want to talk about extraterrestrial civilizations civilized, caring, advances that could be a train to visit the Earth.
On 25 September 2005, during a speech alarming at the University of Toronto, which has attracted the attention of major newspapers and magazines, Paul Hellyer, Minister of Defense from 1963 to 1967 as the Nobel Peace Prize, Prime Minister Lester Pearson, publicly stated: "UFOs are as real as the airplanes that fly over your head."
Hellyer revealed: "The secrecy that surrounds all matters related to the Roswell incident is unprecedented." The classification has been since the beginning, beyond top secret and most U.S. officials and politicians, apart from a mere Minister of Defence ally, have never been in secret.
Hellyer said: "The American military are preparing weapons which could be used against Ets, and they may lead us to an intergalactic war without that person has never been accused."
He said: "The Bush Administration has finally agreed to let build a forward base on the moon, which would put the U.S. in a better position to observe the comings and goings of visitors from outer space, and attack, s' they decided together. "
Hellyer's speech ended with a big ovation. He said: "The time has come to remove the veil of secrecy, and let the truth emerge, so there may be a real and serious debate about one of the biggest problems that our planet has to face today.
